Compass has been a wonderful experience for us ! We were away from home and used Compass for housesitting and pet sitting, it worked out beautifully for our dog and us. We will be using Compass again in the next month. We feel so comfortable when were gone, no need to even check in, we know everything is well taken care of in our absence.

Compass is terrific to work with and has assisted me many times, they pay attention to detail and always go the extra mile for superior customer service. On one occasion I not only gave incorrect flight times but the wrong carrier altogether, they tracked down my correct flight information and showed up when my flight arrived all while I was in the air.

Compass went out of their way to make my life easy. When they showed up to drive me to the airport they had a cup of hot tea ready for me. Great service. I will definitely use them again.
